I booked this hotel many months in advance for a wedding I was attending a few miles away. I should have done my research and not trusted the person who made the arrangements for the out of town guests. This place is just bad. My room was filthy. There was this nasty stain on the curtains. Stains on the bedspreads. Something sticky on the floor. Stains and pubic hair on the sheets and blankets. It’s as if the room just got turned over and the beds were just made and not ever changed. There were fingerprints with something all over the AC controls and dust covering the unit in the bedroom. The bathroom is bad. The toilet wasn’t flushing. So conveniently there was a plunger just sitting by the toilet all exposed lying on plastic. This apparently happens a lot. The guy at the front desk was somewhat helpful. But if he told me how busy he was one more time I was going to lose it. The TV didn’t work in one of the rooms. The steps to get into the building are in a state of disrepair. They are very dangerous and someone is going to get hurt. Spend a few more bucks and go somewhere else. This place is a DUMP!

The nicest Econo Lodge we've stayed in. Great location for shopping at the Outlet stores on the outskirts of Lake George Village. Centrally located amid the Outlet plazas so you can walk instead of fighting the Lake George traffic and finding a parking spot. Within walking distance of the Log Jam Restaurant also. Although our unit was close to Rt. 9 there was very little traffic noise. The room was basic, no frills, but did have a microwave and 'fridge. Connecting rooms are available for large families. This location has a pool that was still open the end of Sept., (nice!), when we noticed the majority of hotel pools had been closed already. The front desk gentleman, (Neil?), provided excellent service. Very courteous and informed about the area. The most important thing is that it was clean...the bedding, walls, bathroom and no bugs anywhere!! I can deal with minor maintenance issues but the room has to be CLEAN. This Econo Lodge is clean AND well maintained. A wood decking runs the length of the building units giving it a "homey" charm. Plenty of free parking on property. I definitely would recommend this hotel and would stay again when we're back in the area.

We brought our dog and needed a pet friendly hotel which is why we choose to stay here. I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised! We had a two room suite that had very comfortable beds. The AC worked well and the pool was nice. We were able to walk across the street to the outlets. breakfast was closed due to COVID but there is a Dunkin within walking distance.

Super friendly staff, lots of clean towels and rooms were clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and pool was nice. Great location for us! Outside of town but right across from the shopping centers. Recommend!

Very run down and dirty. I killed two spiders in the first hour. Walls and floors dirty. Rusty facial tissue dispenser. I was in room 122, signs only go up to 120. So I had to go back to the desk to locate my room. Fire alarm beeping due to a low battery when I arrived. What hotel still uses battery operated alarms? Thin walls. Can hear people talking in adjacent rooms and outside. By far the worst place I've ever stayed.
